Activities include: "Medieval" Banquet with the guests of honour (garb encouraged), Art Show & Sale, Major Oak Awards (for excellence in RoS fan fiction & art), Dealers, Costume Contest, Hospitality Room, Filksinging, Guest Panels, Fan Panels, Autograph & Photograph Sessions, Video Room, Charity Auction, Herne Jr. Archery Tournament, RoS blooper tape showing & much more!!!
The menu for the Buffet Banquet is:

Admission fees

Attending membership is U$75 before 1 March 2005 and U$80 after 1 March 2005. Membership includes the buffet banquet dinner with the guests. Attendance will be limited, so register early - no memberships sold at the door!!! Registration closes June 16th, 2005 or at sell out, whichever comes first.

Supporting membership for those who can't attend but would like to support the convention and receive an autographed program book, is U$15 or anything above you feel you want to contribute...

Dealer tables are just U$35 each with a full attending convention membership, or U$50 each with a Dealer's Room Only membership of U$25. (Dealer's room only memberships only allow you access to the dealer's room, not any of the other convention activities or the banquet, so it's usually worth it to get the full membership). Table space fills up fast, so reserve yours now!

Donations to the Guest Fund or Charity Auction are more than welcome.

Transport

The hotel is only approximately 8 miles from the Detroit Metro Airport and there is a FREE airport shuttle between the airport and the hotel for guests of the hotel, from Monday through Friday evening!!! So, as soon as you've booked your room and airfare reservations, give them a call to book your shuttle reservations!
