Dear Cyber-Merries,

With Christmas approaching, just wanted to suggest that a convention registration or supporting membership to Weekend in Sherwood 2005 would make a wonderful gift for a friend and would give him/her something to look forward to during these cold, winter months....

 

Seriously, if you still plan on attending WiS 2005 or plan on getting a dealer's table, but haven't sent in your registration yet...could you please drop me a quick email?  I want to get an idea on the potential numbers.

My husband, Todd, very sweetly donated a large number of frequent flyer miles to cover Robert Addie's flight from the UK for the last convention.  If he had not, our little convention surely wouldn't have been able to afford that ticket.  I hope that our membership will consider donating a little extra in the coming months to the guest fund, as Todd and I are not in a position financially this year to cover extras ourselves and we won't have those miles to donate either.  These conventions are wonderful and we really enjoy giving old and new friends the opportunity to get together, we just need to know we can count on help from the contingent to stay solvent.  For those who can't attend, I hope you will consider getting a supporting membership.
