I received the following email from Sherry-Lea, Jason Connery's lady, about Robert's passing and wanted to share it with you...
Hi Chris,
 
Wanted to express my sadness at Robert's passing.  Thank you for making it possible for us to see him.  I know Jason enjoyed spending time with him in Detroit and I feel fortunate to have been a part of the whole event.
 
Again, deepest sympathy to all who care for him.

From what I hear, Moni, it was lung cancer, and his battle against it was mercifully short. He died in the early hours of November 20th. He was only 43. I am...
