Kat, here's a link to a DVD player available at Amazon.com that plays both region 1 and region 2 DVD's.  If you get one, you can go ahead and begin ordering RoS seasons 1 and 2.  I'm not sure when you can begin pre-ordering season 3.  I'll let you know, if you like.
