I am still wiping tears from my eyes after reading Jada's interview
with Allison Samuels. It is comforting and motivating to know that
someone you love holds the same passion about things in life as I
do. I can only imagine being able to express all that you feel
inside to the world through music. I am sitting here wanting to do
the same thing maybe not in a heavy metal band or even any band
maybe just by penning lyrics and doing spoken word. There is a Jada
in all of us African American women. And as women we unfortunately
have to work hard at being heard, and voicing our feelings to the
world in hopes that we are taken seriously. So I commend you Jada
and even though I do not have an award in hand to give you know that
my compliments for you are one in the same. I told my mother I look
forward to the day when they do a movie on the life of Jada and she
just smiles. I hope to one day to take a picture with you. Your
performance here in Houston Texas at Scoutbar was better than I
imagined and you have a voice that all girls of the world need to
hear and I can only imagine how it feels to be getting all this love
from all corners of the world.

And Jada yes you really are a role model you may have the same
insecurities and issues and like ALL of us search endlessly for the
answers BUT you made it this far you've been blessed with a
wonderful good husband who loves you and beautiful children who will
continue to make you proud. You left the negative behind and look at
all the positive that has come out of it. You've shown the world
that after darkness there is light and that is when good things
happen. And as all entertainers say it is HARD growing up in the
spotlight; well Jada you did a damn good job!
