Resolution and exposure do not correlate. Personally I would light for a 2.8 and
my eye. If lighting to your eye, even with "proper" exposure, neither 2k nor 4k
(or even film for that matter) will be able to match what your eye sees, anyway.
That being said, however, shooting in 4k no doubt renders a few more details
than shooting in 2k but that should not effect exposure. A 2.8 in 2k is still a
2.8 in 4k it just looks a little better.
