Dear Friends,

Oct. 19th was the 5th Birthday of ISC_ML and I forgot about it... as
usual!! Yet it should not diminish the value of the fraternity we have
created in the cyber space within this five years. We are more than
350 members now and I do beleive that it is a great bunch of people
out there. Well.. there were so many mails I wanted to reply and
relate to... but couldn't do so for whatever reasons... But I do hope
to do that even if I am attempting to answer you after a year.

There is another good news. IFFK 2004 will have a screening of
Christopher Doyle's five films as part of IFFK Cinematographer's Day.
We hoped to have a workshop with him too in Trivandrum. Unfortunately
he is "super busy" and can be available with us for a day or two. That
too is not officially confirmed yet.. will be confirmed by the end of
november. Meanwhile, I have made an internet interview with him for
IFFK, and I do hope to post it in ISC_ML soon.. :-)

Then for our friends out there, if any of you are from Spain, myself
and Ramachandra Babu are there near Madrid in HUELVA from 10th to 15th
of November, attending the 1st Inernational Congress of
CINEMATOGRAPHERS AUTHORSHIP RIGHTS. Let us meet up and have a chat.
