I introduced Ishtar to my reluctant neighbors this winter and they loved it. I also served Moroccan food before hand to set the mood. I never thought to serve Hot Fudge Love sundae to the menu. Great idea! I'm planning on inviting other friends for such an evening in the spring. I'm thinking that spreading the word this way will have an impact eventually.
What were the Moroccan foods you served in your restaurant? I could use some new ideas. A trip to Austin, TX might happen if you give us enough time to plan for it.
