I have direct significant relationships in need of the attention of Major Studio
Executives(Only)- due to strict criteria.

Scenario-1

Criteria:

Will look at a serious slate of 25 films that will span over a period of 5
years.

Will invest minimum of 25 percent equity and maybe more.

It would have to be a film fund/entity with a track record.

This film fund/entity would also have to have a 3rd party investor bringing
capital to the table.

Would have to pass valuation/metrics through the advisory board.

Typically watch a company for 3 years for performance.(Of course this time can
be diminished considerably when a major studio is involved.)

A majority of all the films will have to be shot in NY gain fully employing NY
residents for a period of 5 years.

Accounting must be transparent during this 5 year period.

Scenario-2

Looks at slates of 25 films that would last over a period of 5 years.(No
restriction on filming locations)

Experienced mezzanine provider with a track record investing in major motion
pictures.

Criteria:

Well known production entity with a track record that has a 50/50 split deal
with the Major Studios.(Of course a major studio can bring a slate directly off
the lot.)

Would have to bring a significant amount of equity(cash)to the table.

Have it secured by a favorable bank.

I have been instructed to have a signed NDNC as well as a
clear/vanilla/transparent compensation contract(Deal) in place before I present
projects.

I am direct to source NO BROKER CHAIN.
