Executive Summary
Client Information Sheet (Attached; you can leave out the banking info
because they need to open a new account later)
Scanned copy of ID (Drivers license or Passport)
Summary as to why they need the money

If the investor wants to lend the requested money, she will have a
conference call with the client.

She will do her due diligence on them (1 - 2 Days)

Minimum loan amount of 10 million
5% Interest Only
25k refundable and through escrow account
Client will meet with attorney to execute escrow and contracts
3pt Broker fees and 1st month payment will be taken out of loan proceeds

This is a signature loan. She does not lien anything – no appraisals
etc….real hard money!
