HELLO FELLOW FILMMAKERS! 

I hope all of you have had a wonderful summer.  Here's the update: 

 

 

This is an FA update - the first of the new year.  "FA" is short for "Filmmakers' Ambitions," a club focused on tightening the network between filmmakers here on the UCD campus.  (For more information go to www.fafilms.homestead.com)

 

These emails will occur about once a week.  They serve the purpose of informing filmmakers about FA meeting times/dates, and Film/Filmmaking related events on Campus.  If you DON'T want to be receiving these emails, please reply with the subject "REMOVE".

This club is about making connections.  Networking is extremely essential if you want to make a career out of filmmaking.  The more people in this club, the more beneficial this club becomes to all its members.  A lot of our publicity relies on word of mouth.  The officers will be flyering, posting in the aggie, etc, but by all means - tell people to join!  All they need to do is email this email address, or come to a meeting.   

 

 

The first meeting of the year is still TBA (to be announced).  It will probably occur next week or the week after.  The officers still need to decide on the day of the week.  Odds are, it'll be Wednesday or Thursday.  Along with email, the website www.fafilms.homestead.com will also be updated weekly with meeting times and other information.
