Increased visits to the "Expand Your Universe" page . .

. . from 6 or so a day to 60 or so--has spurred an overdue polish. Apparently
someone in the K-12 and home schooling education arenas got a hold to the
address and kindly spread it around.
The format has been tweaked to enhance appearance, readability, and
clarity, and to catch the page up with the rest of the ever-changing
site. Intros have been added to subsections--e.g., reading,
languages, classics, and creative arts--that didn't already have
them. Some of the text has been "smoothed". And a list of mind-
expanding (or blowing) books has been added--including some fairly
provocative ones.
Lastly but not leastly, the links have been checked and fixed, with
some new ones added.

As I search the Web for resources that will help me become a better writer, I
stumble, from time to time, on some great sites. This is one of them. I can't
tell you how useful it has been to me, as I continue to expand the Gwidy
Universe.
