Note: The kaiju fandom relies on dealers of bootleg or unlicensed copies of movies on video tape or DVD as the major source of Asian releases in the western world. Unfortunately, some Asian film studios have been tracking down and taking legal action against these dealers, which limits the availability of the films to fans. Please refrain from mentioning the names of any bootleg video dealers in messages sent to the list. Doing so could inadvertently "expose" the dealers to studios or other authorities and result in the dealer being put out of business, which is bad news for all fans.
