At the end of each year Docking Bay 516 holds elections to decide who will hold
the officer positions for the following year. Nominations were made at the last
meeting (Meeting 37 on November 13). Elections will be held at the next meeting
(Meeting 38 on December 11). Now let me present the positions and the nominees.
I am including only those nominees who accepted their nominations and presenting
them in the order of the nominations.
Webmistress (responsible for keeping our website looking awesome and working
well)
- Tristan (current Webmistress)
Event Coordinator (responsible for being the public contact point for external
parties, other than fan groups, who wish to hold events with DB 516)
- Daniel
Secretary of the Treasury (responsible for keeping meeting minutes and handling
the treasury, including club dues)
- Billy (current SotT)
Chapter Representative (responsible for being the public contact point for other
fan groups, including other FanForce chapters, the 501st, the Rebel Legion, the
Jedi Assembly, etc.)
- Tristan
- Dana (current CR)
President (responsible for running the meetings and handling general executive
duties associated with keeping the club functioning well)
- Abhay (current President)
- Moriah
