Wow what an event for DB516 this was!
It was at the Roosevelt Field Mall on Long Island, Our own Ken Deep (Long
Island DJ) hosted the event. The NY Jedi opened up the festivities with some
lightsaber demonstrations in the main concourse area of the mall. Ray came on
next to a cheering packed crowd and talked a bit with Ken Deep about what he
has been up to, including his recent role as 'Snake Eyes' in the new G.I. Joe
Movie. Ray then mesmerized the crowd with some lightsaber twirling and
martial arts moves.
Next Ray moved into the Steiner Sports collectible store to sign autographs
and greet his fans.

DB516 stood outside the store in Star Wars costumes and posed for photos
with passerbys, raising awareness of Ray Parks presence.

Thanks to Rob Kaos, DB516's event coordinator, for setting up a great event.

The night wasn't over yet. Ray Park and his manager joined DB516 at a local
Mexican restaurant for dinner and drinks. Ray is just too cool.

Thanks to Ken Deep for setting that up for us.

I must mention that it was a pleasure to hang out with our newest club
members Mark (Chewbacca), Isabelle, and Tashanna.
