Sunday June 11 BBQ   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #406 of 552 |
Okay guys so lets start figuring out who is going to the Sunday June
11 meeting / BBQ in Cantiague Park and how many burgers / hot dogs
are needed.
This is intended as an inexpensive lunch after the meeting.

Chris is the fire boy. He'll bring lighter fluid, charcoals, and
spatula. We'll chip in to reimburse him for that stuff. Depending on
the number of people there, I expect that will be a dollar or two
each from us.

I am the food supplier. I will bring burgers, cheese, pickles,
ketchup, hot dogs, buns, mustard, plates, and napkins. I figure the
chip in price is about $2 each hot dog or Burger.

For example: I might say I'm gonna have two Cheeseburgers and 1 hot
dog. I will chip in $6.

So I'd like to take pre-orders of how many hot dogs and burgers
everyone wants, so I buy enough, but not too much. I'll have some
extra for last minute attendees.
I'd like to have everyone's order in to me on or by Friday. You can
post it on the Long Island TFN board or email me direct at
davistb@...

You can bring your own drinks, chips, or other cookable stuff.
