The Dark Crystal movie DVD included is the same as the original but the
collectors edition does include a reproduction of a TDC film frame and Jim
Henson's original story development notepad. If you want a better quality movie
format, you should purchase the Superbit DVD version instead. The collector's
edition is really for memorabilia, not higher quality video. I'm still waiting
for the film to be cleaned up digitally and released on H-DVD or Blue Ray.
