Creature Features was a famous horror movie series which originated in Chicago in the 1960s-1970s, but it had many incarnations, like any good horror creature!! There was a Creature Feature in New York, and there have been many other versions of Creature Features with different names and different hosts. This Group pays homage to all of the classic monsters and the Creature Features monster movie shows that have been broadcast in different guises all over America and perhaps even world-wide.

Frankenstein, Dracula, The Wolf Man, The Mummy, The Creature from the Black Lagoon, King Kong, Godzilla, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Jason, Phantasm, Evil Dead, Zombies, Romero, Argento, and many more!



This group is dedicated to our favorite movies from the science fiction, suspense, mystery, and horror film genre in general! We are fans of the Creature Features shows and the horror hosts! As far as the Creature Feature shows go, from Svengoolie, The Son of Svengoolie, and Dr. Pauly Bearer to Dave Dixon in Miami, there are probably hundreds of great shows that featured science fiction and horror movies, usually on the weekends. There was GRAVEYARD THEATRE in Merriville Indiana with Laslo,Renfield and Demonica as hosts!
