For the price of two Frappuccinos you can reboot your auditions for the new year
with my 2011 PDF packet of 20 Killer Monologues. There are 10 Men's and 10
Women's but many of them could be adapted for either sex.

All were designed specifically for auditions, and run approximately one minute
long. I didn't categorize them according to comedy or drama because I believe
most have elements of both. They're especially good for big combined auditions
like SETC's or URTAS because they have a strong point of view or action, a
beginning, middle and end, and a twist or turn along the way.

I'm offering this packet for $10 to the first hundred people who are interested.
After that I'll stop selling them so that the odds of running into someone doing
the same monologue at any audition is slim. Also, if you go through the whole
packet and don't find something that speaks to you, let me know and I'll write
one specifically for you, according to your needs and desires at no extra
charge. If you don't find something you love, I'll write until you do.

SAMPLE LINES FROM MEN'S:

I'm never going back to my gym. I can't take all the old man scrotum anymore.
These guys, they have no sense of dignity. They walk around completely naked
all the time, like they own the place. I walked in yesterday, there was a guy,
sixty-five, seventy years old, had his leg hiked up on the sink so he could give
his undercarriage a more thorough powdering. And, the bending over. Sometimes
I'm not sure if I should work out or give prostate exams. It's just depressing.

SAMPLE LINES FROM WOMEN'S:

I know you don't think this is true, but I'm glad you made me go to Sunday
school when I was a kid. I had such a crush on Jesus. How could you not? He's
totally famous. Everybody was always singing songs about how great he was.
And, the pictures. He's tan, he's got great abs, beautiful hair. He's like the
perfect combination of surfer and rock star. I was sure that when I grew up, I
was going to be Mrs. The Christ. But, I didn't.

Order today via Paypal, at my email: leosprideent@...

(If you don't use Paypal message me and we'll arrange something else)

Once I get to 100 that'll be it until the next crop. Thanks!

Hello all,

This is a follow-up to my previous email and is for the same project.

We still need a young guy (African American preferred) age group 20's to play a
part of a coffee shop employee.

Basically the part is a younger guy on break from working at a coffee shop. We
hear his thoughts, “How can I plan for the future?” Faithfully he puts on his
hat and heads back into the shop to start another shift.

We are shooting on tuesday and wednesday next week. Location and SPECIFIC DAY
and TIME tbd. WE will need this actor for only one of those days, which day is
tbd.

It's a paid gig. $100.

No speaking (on camera anyway) No lines!

If you are interested, please submit contact information and head shots to:
Tara Burgoyne Elliott at tarabrgyn1@...

Thanks!

The Midnight Black International Festival Of Darkness has officially opened it's
call for submissions for the 2012 season. We shall accept entries of films and
screenplays of all lengths of the Horror, Sci-Fiand Exploitation genres from
every corner of the globe.

Midnight Black International Festival Of Darkness shall showcase films that are
made in the style of those underrated and misunderstood cult horror,
exploitation and shock films that have captured the attention and entertained
audiences around the world for decades.

We are looking for the films that audiences can't and won't forget, in addition
to customary blood and guts horror flicks.

We shall seek out the best of those films featuring the most brutal, violent,
and powerful images ever burned into celluloid! These films will include samurai
sword eviscerations, blood geyser showers, eyeball slicing, and all of the most
deadly styles of kung fu, shotgun decapitations, and full-blown flamethrower
torching!

Although we love conventional horror, we are interested in unearthing
cutting-edge films that represent new genres of horror and Sci-Fi, as well.

No matter what kind of film or screenplay you may have, whether it's a slasher
or a ghost story, a zombie flick or a horror comedy, a suspense thriller or a
horror documentary or experimental or even a horror animation, we want to see
it.

Our categories will include horror, exploitation, Wicca oriented and shock
Horror, Thriller, Science Fiction, Suspense, Slasher, Mystical, Magical and
Fantasy films, Grindhouse Horror, Horror Documentary, Horror Animation, Horror
Experimental, Supernatural and student films and screenplays.

Columbus Movie Club no longer holds meetings. There are two other local
organizations that hold meetings at least monthly: MOFA (Mid-Ohio Filmmakers
Association) and Columbus IndieClub. Both groups are on Facebook and they post
about their meeting schedule regularly.

Big Idea Productions is in pre-production for a feature to be shot locally in
central Ohio and is location scouting for the following locations:

	 * An empty warehouse (something old and creepy looking would be nice)

	 *

	 * A public records room (like a city hall records room or something that would
pass for it)

	 *

	 * Upscale restaurant (something with a view of water would be great)

	 *

	 * Bar # 1 - older and rustic

	 *

	 * Bar #2 – newer (sports bar or yuppie bar)

	 *

	 * Storage facility (indoor), like a U-Store-It Place (Storage Wars type of
place)

	 *

	 * Older, ranch style house (something with some space separating it from other
houses – as opposed to something in a residential neighborhood development)

	 *

	 * Gas Station (exterior shot only – we won’t need to be inside)

	 *

	 * Tattoo Parlor

Any location within a 50 mile radius of Columbus will be considered. Shooting
will take place in August/September.

The movie is called DARK FATE. It’s a psychological thriller with elements of
noir.  Scenes can be shot during non business hours. Our crew is professional
and we leave every location in the same or better condition than it was when we
started.

Free tickets to the premier and an acknowledgement in the special thanks section
of the closing credits to anyone who lets us use a location in the
movie. Please contact me
