I got an email from Tanya in Greenville--or Charlotte, I can't
remember--about their January bowling shindig. Here's the email...

"Chantelle -

Last January we had a joint bowling outing with the Greenville
Browncoats. Now we're talking about making it an annual event. I
thought we might have it in Columbia this year and try to draw in some
folks from your neck-of-the-woods.
Last year it was on a Saturday in the evening hours. I believe we
started around 6p and some of us didn't leave Spartanburg 'til after
10:30. Of course we didn't bowl that long -- we went to dinner.
Anyway, if we have it in Columbia we would need for you to make the
arrangements with the bowling alley and relay the details to the
various groups (or group leaders). Are you up for it?
I think this might be the perfect time to finally meet some of our
'coats from the coast. Let me know.

So I'm wondering who would like to come to Columbia and meet our
fellow Browncoats from the upstate? It would be January, the 12th at
the earliest, since I have drill the first weekend. Please let me know
what you all think and if you have another date in mind.

Since January is only a few weeks (!) away, please let me know as soon
as you can so I can let the Greenville and Charlotte folk know.
