Hi!

I was thinking about comics in the '80's, and I remember reading a series (in
some Magazine like Heavy Metal or Epic Illustrated) about a group of people
moving across the US (I think...). The only thing I clearly remember was that
one of the "characters" was a blanket that used to go around smothering other
characters.

Does anybody remember this story? If so, what magazine (and what issues of said
magazine) was it in? It's been buggin' me (though I really don't know why...).
