Note that the opening was announced from
Clare & Brian's first Club's (Element) website newslatter.
Already there is a limited web site for La Cantina, as was done for
L'Scorpion, their second Club.

Like we said, Clare always uses the term "club" to us, never restaurant.
If you recall, at one time in 2005 she was creating the ELEMENT menus.
Aside from menus, Clare's apparently a fabulous cook at home herself - based on some hints
from the 2005 cruise by both Clare & Brian.
Clare's never mentioned the other two clubs listed on the site:
PAJA & DEFIANCE
LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION
The Clubs are all located withn a 3 block area of one another from the
intersection of HW Blvd & Las Palmas. - as we made up this map from the three
separate Yahoo location maps.
We probably have 1 August 2005 photos of both the last two areas where thay opened the new clubs - because we walked way down HW blvd past Las Palnas and the Italian restaurant beside Element.
We ought to dig thru lthe hundreds of unposted photos and see what was there before - though Clare & Brian
(& the other investors per Brian on the 2005 cruise) seem to be recycling older names...as they renovate parts
of HW Blvd.
