Sean and I are waiting to board our flight home at LAX.
Beautiful weather while we were down here.
Hope you're well,

On June 5th, Paramount is releasing COMING TO AMERICA: THE SOUL GLOW EDITION on DVD. [You may now rejoice! :)] Extras on Coming to America will include a Coming Together of America featurette, a Costumes of Coming to America featurette, a Many Faces of Rick Baker featurette, another featurette on the musical talents of Nile Rodgers, and a Vintage Sit-Down With Eddie and Arsenio.
You have been notified.
On another note, I hope everyone is doing well. Take care of yourselves.
Maya,
I may have already discovered the problem. I think you may have
ended up with a blank CD that got mixed in and labeled by mistake.
So, theoretically, you have a do-it-yourself photo kit...at the very
least, you have a labeled disc to make yourself a back-up copy if you
should so desire. Again, if I don't see you again before you leave
for the night, have a great weekend. And I'm sure I'll be seeing you
before the meeting on Tuesday.
~Ben~
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Thanks!

Maya: I'm in Michigan missing the wrap party also and miss everyone - it was truly a great experience. Thanks you so much for selecting the great PA's...loved them all!!!
Also, thanks for the call to go see the Northern Lights - it was magical and felt like God just painted the sky for me that night.
I imagine you're having a giant wrap party without us. Or, maybe you're just crashing at long last. Sweet dreams my lovlies!
One thing: Sean. One of the CDs you gave me (number 4) has the text files, but no images. Sad! Don't know if you can send any of the final photos our way, but the images end with the last day of shooting at the boatel. No Truman's apt. or beyond.
here's my number till May 17, (907) 455-3334 and my permanent contact number (parent's number) is (907) 479-4798
Thanks for everything and keep in touch! This has been an extremely rewarding and eye opening experience. Thanks so much, and good luck with the finishing touches. Let me know if you need anything!

That's Right...For those who already miss seeing our wonderful
Director and Producer, there will be a chance to see them both
tomorrow night. On OXYGEN, you can catch the Gary Marshall comedy,
RAISING HELEN at 6:00PM and 8:30PM. Helen Harris is living the life
she's always dreamed of: her career at a top modeling agency is on the
rise; she spends her days at fashion shows and her nights at the
city's hottest clubs. But her carefree lifestyle comes to a screeching
halt when one phone call changes everything. Helen soon finds herself
responsible for her sister's children: 15-year-old Audrey, 10-year-old
Henry, and 5-year-old Sarah. No one doubts that Helen is the coolest
aunt in New York, but what does this glamour girl know about raising
kids? The fun begins as Helen goes through the transformation from
super-hip to super-mom, but she quickly finds that dancing at 3a.m.
doesn't mix with getting kids to school on time--advice that Helen's
older sister, Jenny, is only too quick to dish out. Along the way,
Helen finds support in the most unusual place--with Dan Parker, the
handsome young pastor and principal of the kids' new school--and
realizes the choice she has to make is between the life she's always
loved and the new loves of her life. The film stars Kate Hudson, John
Corbett, Joan Cusack, Spencer and Abigail Breslin, Hayden Panettiere,
Hector Elizondo, Helen Mirren...but most importantly:
TOM HINES as PASTOR WELLS
and
LAURI LABEAU as THE BASKETBALL COACH
Again, that's RAISING HELEN - Monday, March 26th at 6:00PM and 8:30PM
on OXYGEN. Or you can rent it at Blockbuster or any other fine rental
store.
Hey All,
We miss you terribly and wish you were here because we
are lost without having someone to threaten with a low
grade.
We start shooting here in Norwalk, CA tomorrow. Our
flight from Fairbanks got stuck in Seattle for about 4
hours, so it was a mad dash to get things done today.
Speaking of mad, we are shooting at a genuine Mental
Hospital and much to my surprise, it is still
operational in some areas.
As a matter of fact, Lauri and I were leaving tonight
and saw a man screaming at a tree outside of his
building. We are shooting about 100 yards away from
him tomorrow, so I hope he's gotten it out of his
system.
Seriously, you are all sorely missed. We'll keep you
updated and start checking the website soon
(chronictownthemovie.com) as Heming will start to work
on it in the next few weeks.
This is just the beginning!
Miss you and Love you all,
Tommy and Lauri

Hi Evan-
Tommy and Lauri will think I never left if you snivel. That's the last thing I
always do when we leave and when we left Fairbanks was no exception. (Tell Tommy
you're throwing in an extra snivel for his Mom.)
It was wonderful to be back in Fairbanks, feels like home. We lived on Woodland
and the apartments are still there. Tommy and our son Larry were born at Ft.
Wainwright. You can feel Michael's attachment to the city from his screenplay.
UAF gave him a wonderful education!
Thanks for all the wonderful pictures you took and for all your kindness to us.
You made a lot of things work for Chronic Town. I know we'll all be back. It
will be nice for the kids to come when they can relax.
We miss Fairbanks and all of you.
Take care and please stay in touch!
I sent Erik our contact information as it looks like he is compiling lists.
Best regards-

Don't forget the guys at "2K1" (I got their info from

Evan wanted us to thank not only Troy Jackovick, but separately his father Buzz
