Timeless Destinations Boat Cruise Auction Now Heats Up   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #161 of 237 |

Hi Everyone:

As some of you know, we are running into a couple of glitches
with our auction for the Boat Cruise. Bottom line if you make
a few bids to stay at the top of the auction you will only be
charged for your highest bid.

Now having said that I would like you to know that both Ellen
Dubin & Andrew Jackson have agreed to perform in this year's
performance. Andrew will have a dual role: director &
performer.

Jeff Hirschfield from Lexx has been working on the script for
this year with some assistance from Andrew. It would appear
that this year we are looking at a Casting Audition Session
for a new Sci-Fi TV Series on the boat.

The audition session will be running along the lines of
American Idiol. Some of our actor guests will be auditioning
for a number of lead roles in this new series. Our actor guests
will be looking for an assistant to work with them when they
are auditioning. Yes, that means that some of the bidders will
be acting with or assisting some of our favourite stars. It is
up to the actor how you will be used.

One lucky bidder will be allowed to compete with these actors
& do their own audition with an assistant that they pick from
the audience. In other words if one member of a team decides
to bid to win the fan audition spot as one of the highest
bidders then that fan winner can pick their other team
member as long as the other team member has bought a boat
cruise ticket.

By popular demand both Ellen & Andrew have agreed to give a
winning bidder a lip lock on the winner's lips (to kiss the
winner).

To summarize you are bidding to not only get on the boat but
to win a place in line for any of the following roles or
opportunities:

1) - Kiss Ellen Dubin
2) - Kiss Andrew Jackson
3) - Compete with our stars in auditioning in a few scenes
(script to be supplied for audition)
4) - Be an assistant to Ellen Dubin
5) - Be an assistant to Andrew Jackson
6 to 14) - Be an assistant to one of the remaining 12 actors
who are performing (names to be added as
we get agreement for our stars ...........both Michael
McManus & Brian Downey have agreed to consider
performing on the boat cruise subject to seeing the script)

If we have 14 opportunities then the first highest bidder of all
the auctions & ticket sales will be the first to pick from the 14
above choices. Once the 1st bidder's choice is made then the 2nd.
bidder will have the remaining 13 choices to pick from. And on
and on down the line. If for some reason a bidder doesn't like
the last few choices then they pass on the choice to the next
highest bidder until all roles have been
assigned.

What do you think?
