This will be a tribute to Cathy Moriarty. Please share all your thoughts and memories of the lovely actress here. I will be listing some harder to find photos for your viewing pleasure. Cathy we all know has been in many movies and Tv shows. I'll try to make this site a little more unique than some of the others. So stay tuned for updates as they become available. Cathy was born in the Bronx and later moved to Yonkers New York where she lived until she was discovered by Joe Pesci who played the role of Joey (Jake LaMotta's younger brother) in the film Raging Bull. Director Martin Scorsese and Star Robert DeNiro had been searching frantically for one whole year for someone to play the real-life Vickie. When they showed Joe Pesci a photo of the real Vickie, he told them that he knew a young girl from his neighborhood who looked exactly like her. Then Bada-bing, Badaboom they found the Vickie and the rest is history. Now you learned of her debut. She attended the same High School as I and many of my friends which you can visit via some LINKS I will provide. There you will learn about other things of interest. Why am I doing this tribute? Well for fun and to see she gets credit where credit is due. In other words I'm sticking up for her as a FAN and a Friend. I'm also a REX SMITH FAN I will do a site for him soon to.
