Trying to recreate title media, uprez from SD 10:1 to DNxHD 145.
Titles created on MC 2.7.7, online is on Symphony Nitris 3.0
The apsect ratio is not the problem, the lo rez titles were created at
16:9.
I couldn't find anything in the archives or on the Avid Knowledge Base.
Anyone seen this before?

I got this several times yesterday. SN 3.0 (non-DX).
Got the error when modifying titles. I don't remember
if it was HD or SD. Once I modified the title, I
would save it. Progress would show the title being
saaved, but then gave the error. Click OK, and title
window closes, without the title being saved in a bin.

I just tried opening the title tool and saving from there at the
DNx145 resolution. Same result at you. Title appears to be saving,
but then I get the error message "Excepton: std::exception", and no
title saved to bin. Were you ever able to get it to work?

This is driving me crazy. Is there no fix for this?. Could I go back
to 1.8 eventhough I have updated the firmware in the BOB?:

After my initial problems with this error message, I haven't seen it
recently. What resolution are you working at? Are you uprezzing
existing titles or creating new ones? I have been working at DNx145
and 220, and also at SD 1:1 without problems. (knock on wood)

Uprezing to DNX220X. This also happens on my SD 1.1 projects as well.
One this I do notice is it happens when my memory starts to get high.
Hence it happens more often on my HD projects.
Working with 3.o XPs2 Classic Nitris. I sent the problem to Avid,
I'll see what they say tomorrow.
Would it be possiable to revert back to 1.8 if I couldn't resolve
this problem.

I've been able to discover a few instances of the error in our
database as well as a known bug logged in our system. Trashing the
project settings may help resolve the issue but it may be a greater
issue than that. There is a bug which seems to coincide with high
memory usage. I would monitor and try to reduce the memory usage on
the system to try and stop the error, other than that restarting the
app seems to be another workaround. This is currently being worked
on and there seems to be no concrete fix.
