Yep, tried manually adding it as well - it just seems like it's not recognizing
the cable is actually connected to something.
I flipped the remote switch on the back of the DSR-45 to RS422A and made sure
the switch on the front was not in Local. I went through the menus, thinking
maybe there was something that needed to switch there, but didn't see anything.
dunno... it's weird -
if anyone else ideas on how to get this working, i'm all ears.
