**FILM ACTING **
7 WEDNESDAYS ($160) July 8th- August 19th 7 pm-10:15ish
For Commited Growing and expereinced actors to continue to explore and
strenghten their craft and preparation skills. Includes audition and camera
techniques, scene and character study, career
and networking support.


*Professionals in most areas (ie) Sports, Musicians, Medicine etc, must always
PRACTICE.
If they don't practice, they get "Benched" or "Let Go" or are "Jobless".
TALENT (or talented friends) won't always get you there, if you don't stay
SHARP yourself.
Working Actors PRACTICE....so come play, practice, sharpen those
skills....grow.

*Although we will video scenes. We first learn to truely Prepare a whole
believable character
- not just a few bits and pieces of one from your same ole same ole. A FEW
PAGES of LINES DO NOT A CHARACTER MAKE. A director is looking for a complete
and believable person. Its NOT what the next line is for the actor. Its about
what the character sez ,how
they come across,what they convey without the words-.in their listening, eyes,
physicality, actions,
reactions, subtext, energy, pace, attitude, education, cultural back ground,
vocal chararistic. Theres lots to consider and practice. And I will throw a
diversity of fun challenges your way to help you grow and stretch your acting
skills. Enter new creative territory, break you out of old habits, and expand
your range. More range means more Casting Opportunities.

have a headshot and resume, then please forward. If not tell me a little about
your acting background. If you are new and don't yet have these tools in place
-No Problem, that happens later anyway

A $60 deposit will be required to reserve a space for you.
