Anything you leave MUST be marked to my attention, as shown above.
If you live outside the Twin Cities area, contact me via email for
shipping instructions.

As for the Fest, there are no entry fees,
and the rules are few and simple:

1. All entries must be 30 minutes or less in length.

2. No matter what production format was used, entries must be
submitted on either mini-DV, DVD, or VHS.

3. Entries are non-returnable, so DO NOT submit your only copy.

4. Only the owner/creator of the work may enter it.

5. Choices of the judging panel are final.

The show will take place in late March, exact date to be announced.
It will, of course, be a midnight show.
