Actually, from what I have heard the person(s) to send complaints to
are guy at the MCDA name Dean???? Appearently Mr. Johnson is noted
for sticking his nose in places were he does not belong, and this
matter is likely one of them. Dean is the person who is normally
incharge of the Grainbelt brewery building, but was out of town last
week. I guess Dean does not like Carter very much. Dean likes to
know when Carter does mean things.

I would also contact the city councilmember for Northeast Minneapolis
(who I have heard is also kind of a jerk).

I'm not sure where Christian obtained the contact information, but
perhaps he could generate the same for these two people.
