The main focus of this group is information pertaining primarily for actors, writers, producers, and directors. The info is for both people who have never done anything in film but want to get started to seasoned professionals. However, it is open to everything.

A little bit about myself. I started as one of the directors of programming at the San Diego Asian Film Festival for a year. My first step into filmmaking was producing and acting as one of the leads in "Trade Offs" available on Netflix & Blockbuster.com.

Since then, I have acted in nearly a hundred projects (short films, spec commercial, a few features, etc).

Few highlights:

THE TRIDENT - starring David Carradine. Written & directed by Slamdance Audience Award winner of American Chai, Anurag Mehta. Cinematography by Academy Award Winner David Stump on the Dalsa 4K camera.

27,000 DAYS - Winner: SXSW + 6 other film fest wins and dozens more acceptances including Rotterdam.

NECESSARY ILLUSION - Winner: DC Independent Film Fest.


Filmmaker:
PERFECT MISMATCH - 35mm feature film starring Bollywood legend Anupam Kher (Bend It Like Beckham). Co-screenwriter.

ROYAL KILL - with Academy Award nominees Pat Morita (Mr. Miyagi from Karate Kid) and Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight). I was a production coordinator.
