people to start it

IF A BUILDING DOES NOT YET EXIST...
1. We require 10 nominations before we will launch a new building so
if your favourite doesn't have a building yet you need to 'Nominate'
them. How?...
2. Send an e-mail to bricks@ topdogcity.com as follows:
SUBJECT LINE: Type the name of your nominee only (typing "nomination
for..." or "add a brick for..." will be invalid. eg. If you want to
nominate Elvis Presley that's all you type, not "I nominate Elvis"
or "Start a building for Elvis" etc)
BODY: Type the name and message you want to appear on your brick
(limited to 25 characters).

Once we have received 10 valid nominations we will launch the
building with the first 10 bricks in place. If your nomination was
11th or later in the queue, you will need to go to the building when
it's launched and add your own brick (sorry but we really don't have
the time to add them all!)
Any new buildings will be added at the close of each day.
