Hi Ann -
Actually, I met Alan at the Minetta Restaurant near Washington Square
2 years ago. I was staying at a hotel in the area and had discovered
this fun old restaurant. The play Alan had put together and
directed, "Rachel Corrie," had just opened down the block. I saw the
show a couple nigthts later, but hadn't seen it yet when I met him.
Alan came into the restaurant after the show's opening night. It was
amazing!
