Hi All! New here and absolutely adore Alan Rickman. From the moment
I heard his smooth, silky voice I was hooked. I've rented every
movie of his I can get my hands on and filled my screen saver with
pics of him. Just an amazing man! I will look for that audio book,
too. Thanks for mentioning it.

beautiful, captivating, and oh so silky. He even sings!

cds long!!! Just Alan reading the whole book. The Author is Thomas
Hardy. I am thoroughly enjoying it. My wonderful husband found it
at Amazon.com or something. It's a little slow in the beginning,
the first chapter is all description of a place pretty much. But
once you get into the characters and all the crazy things they do
it's wonderful. It has some very funny moments and some very
serious moments and lots of people in relationships. I don't know
when it was written, it's old. Maybe not the same time as Sense and
Sensibility, but definitely not modern. Go to britbitsandclips.com
and you can find out pretty much all he's done and see or listen to
clips. There's a whole page of Snape stuff including some really
fun clips from potter puppet pals. If you love Snape you need to
see Potter Puppet Pals. It's little puppet p! ! arodies of Harry
Potter and Snape is in all of them. You can also go to
> www.potterpuppetpals.com . My favorites are Mysterious Ticking
Noise and the live performance called the Yule Ball. Actually, for
Snape, the Yule Ball is truly my favorite. His puppet sings a VERY
VERY Sad song and everyone in the audience reacts hilariously to
it. GO NOW and watch it. Then tell me what you think.
