AMMO, the Arkansas Movie Makers Organization, was created to help build a viable movie making market in Arkansas.
Join us and become the foundation we build from.
To join us, it must be your intention to participate in the Arkansas movie making process. This includes Investors, Writers, Producers, Directors, Crew, Editing, Makeup, Wardrobe, Special Effects, Logistics, Agents, Talent, Publicists, Stunt Coordinators, movie car builders and providers, prop construction / acquisitions, Press, and legal assistance.
From established professionals, to first-timers and film students, your participation is welcome. We support SAG, AFTRA, and independent projects of all budget levels. Since we are building a film market from startup, student projects are also supported by this network.
It is our goal to supply the Little Rock Film Festival with high quality productions that are ready to compete for awards and global distribution.
AMMO sponsored projects will tend to be more family friendly and values oriented than typical Hollywood films.
The AMMO network does NOT contribute to the production of projects that contain nudity, heavy s_ex scenes, frequent and harsh profanity, or films that glorify gangs or the drug culture. This does NOT mean that AMMO is a policing or censorship organization for its individual members; AMMO is not responsible for the content of films produced by its members outside of the network. However, the line is drawn at p0rnography. Producers and actors of p0rnography (and models who do adult work) are forbidden to join or attend meetings.
AMMO co founders and co presidents are: Cody G. Carson and Sharl Hill
