"NEW screening venue for indy FILM & VIDEO makers"

the focus --
Created for film and video ARTISTS to show their work to an audience other
than their mothers and best friends. But to have an event that focuses on
Independent work of ALL GENRES from ALL OVER THE WORLD, shown to a mass
audience. An audience filled with people of all types of views on art and
life. This could help to make not just the art community a little closer,
but hopefully create a closeness throughout the world. This, overtime
will create better artists, and out of better artists comes better
artwork.
There aren't enough venues around that will show film and video work by
artists who can't afford gallery fee's. Channel Organix is not a gallery,
but more so formed like a theater. No longer will short films and video
work be confined to that twenty inch tv that sits in the middle of some
gallery, in front of a wooden bench, with a "creative" sound system
(a.k.a. a set of headphones), but now projected on a LARGE screen! Don't
wait for that "once a year" film fest anymore!

* must be under 15minutes (unless it's really, REALLY kick-ass!)
