Hi Joel,
In fact, yes, the screenings have been scheduled for June 27, 28, and 29th, 7:00 and 9:30 PM, at the Roxie Cinema in San Francisco. This info was in our email announcements, but it's not on the web site yet. I'll fix that soon!
The screenings work as follows: Teams will be divided into three groups, A, B and C. The first night, June 27th, all of the A-group films will screen. The full set of films will screen twice: once at 7 PM, and again at 9:30. The next night, all the B-group films will screen twice, and similarly for the C-group on June 29th.
Note: Team groupings will be assigned soon. Watch your email, team leaders. Oh, and there will be an audience favorite chosen for each screening night. Packing the audience with your fans is definitely allowed! Stay tuned for more screening info on getting tickets in advance, directions, etc.
Next question: The Kick-Off/Drop-Off Location: I am in the final confirmation stages on this - It's a new location in SF from last year, more spacious (we're bigger!) and better all around. But for fear of propogating incorrect info, let's wait until it is finalized before I send out the info. Should be in the next day or two. All team leaders will get emails with the details.
Cheers!

I have had a few people on our team ask and I was curious if it had
been announced already?
Also, where are we all meeting on that Friday?
Thanks,
