In case you haven't heard, listen up, Bay Area 48 Hour film project participants! If you have ever made a 48 Hour film, you are invited to the 48 Hour Film Project's end-of-year event, the Filmapalooza!! This is the first time the 48HFP is putting on the year-end event as a wholly independent event, and it's going to be fantastic!
It's an all-filmmaker film festival with film screenings (both 48H films and non..), awards for the '06 competition, great workshops, filmmaking events and parties. You can celebrate with other 48 Hour filmmakers from around the country. It's March 8-11 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Tons of info at www.filmapalooza.org.
Let's get a big gang of Bay Area filmmakers there and represent!
Next Steps:
1. Let us know you're coming (register at www.filmapalooza.org)
2. Make your travel arrangements to ABQ (Albaquerque, NM)
3. Book your room at the Hyatt (link found at www.filmapalooza.org)
4. Post a message to your filmmaker group and/or send an email to your teams.
