Sure!!! Here is the timeline for Friday night.

5:30pm - 6:00pm - Team leaders arrive and check in at the table
marked with their screening group letter(A, B or C).
6:25pm - 6:35pm Suzan and I will introduce ourselves & do a review
of important information.
6:35pm – 6:52pm We'll start the drawing for each teams genre by
group
6:52pm – 6:56pm Reveal the elements for the event (prop, character
& line of dialogue)
6:57pm – 6:59pm Final Announcement
6:59pm – until Wild Card Genre drawing (anyone who isn't happy and
really to loves to gamble will stick around and
draw a wild card genre. All other teams will be
released).
