I think, that if I had a field sequential 3d movie and regular 2D version of it
that it would be possible to create full SD frame sequential version. Such
version could be legally sold as a add-on
for licensed copy owners of the original DVDs.
Full SD version could be encoded as single HD frame in side by side format.
Owners of single projector stereoscopic display system could play it using frame
sequential mode using both active and passive filter systems or time-parallel
mode using passive filters.
Such format also allows cross-eye viewing on HD TV or monitor screens and it is
compatible with BlueRay.
May be I should offers such full SD 3D movie add-on production service.
